BPTP Skynest received its RERA registration from HRERA Panchkula on 9 April 2026, bearing registration number HRERA-PKL-FBD-881-2026. The dual-tower residential project, located in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, carries an estimated gross development value of ₹1,800 crore.
Project Composition and Configuration
The development comprises twin residential towers of approximately 150 metres, with a total of 325 units across 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations. Unit sizes range from 3,185 sq ft to 3,856 sq ft, with a starting price of ₹4.48 crore.
Each tower has nine lifts arranged in a four-to-a-core configuration. With biophilic design at its core and Sky Nests integrated through the towers, the project brings together nature, lifestyle, and multi-generational living.
Amenities and Vertical Ecosystem Design
Landscaped sky nests are incorporated at multiple levels within the tower.
