BPTP Skynest Wins Landmark High-Rise Development Award

BPTP's Skynest, a premium residential development in Sector 80, Faridabad, has been honoured with the 'Landmark High-Rise Development of the Year' award at the ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards 2026. The announcement came on June 23, 2026.

The ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards is one of the industry's most prominent platforms, bringing together policymakers, developers, investors, architects, urban planners, and industry leaders to shape the future of Indian real estate while recognising organisations that have demonstrated excellence, innovation, and leadership. The 2026 edition focused on key themes including sustainable urban growth, policy continuity, technology adoption, capital inflows, and the evolution of luxury real estate.

The Project

The development comprises twin residential towers of approximately 150 metres, with a total of 325 units across 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations. Unit sizes range from 3,185 sq ft to 3,856 sq ft, with a starting price of ₹4.48 crore.

The project carries an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,800 crore and is registered under RERA with number HRERA-PKL-FBD-881-2026.

The towers incorporate a distinctive design approach. Landscaped sky nests are incorporated at multiple levels within the tower, intended to bring greenery into the vertical structure. The project includes a multipurpose hall, indoor recreational spaces, guest accommodation, shared gathering areas, multiple pools including an all-weather swimming pool, fitness studios, activity rooms, hobby areas and indoor sports courts.

Location and Connectivity

Strategically located in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad (Neharpar), BPTP Skynest offers seamless connectivity to South Delhi (10 mins), Noida Expressway (15 mins), Jewar Airport (40 mins), and Escorts Mujesar Metro Station (5 mins).

Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, is accessible from Delhi via the Faridabad Bypass Road (NH-148NA, also known as the DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway), which is a spur of the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway. The area is also linked to NH-44 and the Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway, which is under construction and will provide direct connectivity to Noida without passing through Delhi.

Design and Consultation

WOW Consultants, a Singapore-based firm, leads the architecture, landscape, and interior design. Matrix supports vertical transportation, while Optimal serves as the structural consultant. Nulty+ leads lighting design, Currie & Brown serves as quantity surveyor, and GreenGineer advises on green building practices.
