BPTP Limited has launched WA VANA, a premium gated residential precinct within its integrated township in Sector 80, Faridabad. WA VANA is registered under Haryana RERA with registration number HRERA-PKL-FBD-939-2026. The announcement was made on August 4, 2026.
Design Philosophy
Inspired by Ikigai, the Japanese philosophy of finding purpose and meaning in everyday life, the project has been planned as an intergenerational community combining wellness, sustainability and contemporary living. The name WA VANA combines 'WA', representing harmony, and 'VANA', symbolising nature.
The project draws on five Japanese philosophies: Kaizen (continuous improvement), Ichigo Ichie (cherishing every moment), Shokunin (craftsmanship), Osewa (care for others) and Gaman (resilience). The project has been conceptualised with landscape design firm Coopers Hill, which has integrated landscape, wellness and sustainability into the community's planning.
Central Amenity: The Japanese Forest
The project includes an approximately one-acre Japanese forest at its centre. It contains a Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing) trail, Zen gardens, bamboo groves, meditation pavilions, yoga decks, walking and jogging trails, children's sensory play areas, community gardens, water features, an amphitheatre and seating spaces.

Located in Sector 80, the development offers connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, NH-19, Jewar International Airport and other major infrastructure corridors.
