SkyNest in Faridabad crosses ₹750 crore in sales with 150 homes sold

Strong demand lifts SkyNest sales past ₹750 crore

BPTP Limited has recorded sales of about ₹750 crore at SkyNest, its ultra-luxury residential development in Sector 80 of Greater Faridabad. The company said on Friday, 9 October 2026, that 150 apartments in the project have been sold, pointing to strong buyer interest in premium homes in the Neharpar corridor.

The average ticket size works out to roughly ₹5 crore per apartment, which places SkyNest among the higher-priced residential offerings in the Faridabad market. The developer's chief executive and president, Manik Malik, described the sales achieved so far as significant milestones for the project and as evidence of demand for well-designed residences at the premium end of the market.

Project details and sales milestones

SkyNest, also marketed as SkyNest Towers, was launched in April 2026 with an estimated gross development value of ₹1,800 crore. The project comprises twin residential towers rising G+44 floors, approximately 150 metres in height, with a total of 325 units. Homes are offered in 3 BHK + Utility configurations of about 3,185 sq ft and 4 BHK + Utility + Study configurations of about 3,856 sq ft. BPTP's project listing gives a starting price of ₹4.48 crore onwards.

The project is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number HRERA-PKL-FBD-881-2026, dated 9 April 2026.

Key features highlighted by the developer include:

  • Biophilic design with expansive layouts and wraparound balconies
  • 20 Sky Nests, landscaped sky-level spaces integrated into the architecture
  • Nine lifts per tower
  • A range of wellness, leisure and community amenities
  • Architecture, landscape and interior design led by WOW Consultants, Singapore

Allotments for SkyNest Towers began in July 2026, and BPTP described the buyer response at that stage as strong. The October figures mark the first time the developer has publicly stated a unit count for sales in the project.

Location and connectivity

Sector 80 lies in Neharpar, the stretch of newly developed sectors between 66 and 89 in Faridabad that is commonly referred to as Greater Faridabad. Sectors 75 to 89 are largely residential. The project is positioned along the newly built Faridabad Bypass Road (NH-148NA), a spur of the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, which provides access to Delhi through the DND and Kalindi Kunj routes.

Metro access is available nearby, with Sant Surdas Metro Station about 4.1 km away and Old Faridabad Metro Station about 4.6 km away. The Violet Line of the Delhi Metro has also been extended to Escorts Mujesar in Faridabad, adding a further transit link for the wider area. A new six-lane elevated corridor costing about ₹800 crore, connecting Ashram Chowk in Delhi with Sarai Khwaja in Sector 37 of Faridabad, is planned to run signal-free and is expected to cut travel time to between 10 and 15 minutes. Amrita Hospital, with more than 2,600 beds, is located in the wider Greater Faridabad area.

What comes next

With allotments already under way, the next stages for SkyNest will be the progress of construction across the twin towers and the continued sale of the remaining apartments. The project's registered completion timeline should be read from the Haryana RERA records. Separately, BPTP has indicated that it is evaluating further projects, including a plotted development in Faridabad, as it continues to expand its footprint in the region.
