Residential Excellence: Amstoria Verti Greens & GAIA Residences
BPTP Amstoria Verti Greens & GAIA Residences, located along the Dwarka Expressway, have been recognized for redefining premium high-rise living through design-led architecture and advanced building specifications. The award caps a sustained focus on the Sector 102 precinct, where BPTP has assembled and planned a 143-acre integrated township.
The project features a distinctive glass-and-metal facade with double-glazed systems for enhanced thermal performance and noise reduction. With multi-level sky gardens and curated lifestyle zones such as wellness decks, co-working spaces, reading lounges, and recreation areas, the development blends vertical luxury living with green, experiential spaces.
Both projects on the Dwarka Expressway reflect international design partnership. GAIA Residences in Sector 102 is the first residential project on Dwarka Expressway to feature glass-and-metal facade towers with double-glazed systems for thermal performance and noise reduction. Capital City has achieved the prestigious LEED v4.1 O&M Platinum Certification, alongside an IGBC Platinum rating and the WELL Core Platinum Certification. These accolades recognize the project's rigorous adherence to global standards in energy efficiency, water management, and indoor environmental quality.
