BPTP Capital City Receives Industry Recognition at ET Real Estate Conclave 2026
BPTP has been honoured with the Iconic Project—Commercial award at the 5th Economic Times Real Estate Conclave & Awards 2026 (ETRECA 2026), held at Taj Santa Cruz, Mumbai on March 12, 2026. The award recognised Capital City in Sector 94, Noida for its scale and integrated master planning, along with planned business infrastructure.
Project Scale and Integration
Capital City is a Grade-A commercial development comprising around 790,000 sq ft of office and mixed-use space. The mixed-use complex features a ground floor plus 16 levels, supported by three basement parking tiers, and houses a food court, gymnasium, crèche, medical room, and dedicated co-working spaces.
Conceived as a mixed-use commercial development, Capital City reflects contemporary workspace design and urban commercial infrastructure, and incorporates elements aligned with sustainability considerations. The project has already attracted a diverse portfolio of high-profile corporate occupiers from the technology, financial services, manufacturing, and education sectors. In May 2026, Taiwan-based semiconductor company MediaTek leased approximately 104,000 sq. ft. across three floors at Capital City for its new research and development hub, marking the company's second R&D facility in India after Bengaluru.
Sustainability Certifications
BPTP Capital City has achieved LEED v4.1 O&M Platinum Certification, IGBC Platinum rating, and WELL Core Platinum Certification, recognizing the project's rigorous adherence to global standards in energy efficiency, water management, and indoor environmental quality. The development reflects a global design approach, with architectural design by Robert A.M. Stern and interior design by HBA Studios.
Strategic Location and Connectivity
The project is positioned close to key transport infrastructure, with the Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station located roughly 300 metres away, improving accessibility for office users and visitors and supporting transit-oriented commuting patterns. The 14.17-acre site is strategically located at the intersection of two highways in Sector 94, Noida, and is well connected to major business districts of Jasola, Nehru Place, Saket, and IGI Airport.
