The ranking reaffirms BPTP's strong market presence, customer trust, and consistent contribution to the growth of the real estate sector across Delhi-NCR.

The ET NOW Real Estate North Survey is a comprehensive industry assessment that evaluates developers through an objective research-led framework, combining factual business data, consumer perception studies, and independent evaluation by a third-party survey agency. The ranking places BPTP alongside the region's established players in the premium real estate market.
Portfolio Span and Market Presence
Over the years, BPTP has built a diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, plotted, and integrated township developments. BPTP Limited is a real estate developer with over two decades of operations in the Delhi-NCR region. The company has delivered numerous residential and commercial projects across multiple locations in NCR, including group housing, plotted developments, commercial developments, and integrated townships.

BPTP is proud to announce that Skynest, a premium residential development in Sector 80, Faridabad, has been honoured with the prestigious 'Landmark High-Rise Development of the Year' award at the ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards 2026. The project comprises twin residential towers planned to incorporate green building practices along with lifestyle and community amenities, with designated Sky-Nest's incorporated at multiple levels within the tower elevation to introduce landscaped elements within the built structure. The project rises to an approximate height of 150 metres.

BPTP's biggest single delivery story is Parklands in Greater Faridabad, a township that effectively shaped Sectors 75–89 of Faridabad over the last 15 years. In Gurugram, Amstoria in Sector 102 (along Dwarka Expressway) and Astaire Gardens in Sector 70A are its most populated communities.
