BPTP Launches WA VANA, an Ikigai-Inspired Sustainable Residential Enclave in Sector 80, Faridabad
BPTP Announces WA VANA Launch in Sector 80
On July 31, 2026, BPTP Limited announced the launch of WA VANA, a premium gated residential precinct within its integrated township in Sector 80, Faridabad.
The project draws its conceptual foundation from Japanese design philosophy. WA VANA embodies the essence of harmonious living, with "WA" representing harmony and "VANA" symbolising nature.
Ikigai as Design Principle
WA VANA has been thoughtfully planned as an intergenerational community that blends wellness, sustainability and contemporary living, inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai—finding purpose and meaning in everyday life.
Guided by the philosophy of "WA VANA – Harmony: A Zen Sanctuary in the Oasis," the development reinterprets the timeless spirit of Japanese gardens through contemporary minimalist design and locally adapted, drought-tolerant planting, creating an intergenerational sanctuary where elders can meditate and unwind while children explore, play and connect with nature.
The approximately 1-acre Japanese forest forms a landscape centrepiece designed to integrate outdoor spaces with residential living. This feature reflects the Ikigai principle of intentional spatial design that promotes well-being across age groups.
Integration Within BPTP's Sector 80 Township
Sector 80 remains a significant focus for BPTP's expansion in Faridabad. The area is accessible from Delhi via the Faridabad Bypass Road (NH-148, also known as DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway), which is a spur of the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway connecting Delhi through Faridabad to the KMP Expressway, and is further proposed to be connected to key infrastructure corridors within the NCR, including the under-construction Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway.
WA VANA is positioned as a distinct precinct within the larger integrated township that BPTP has developed in the sector. The company's presence in this location spans multiple residential formats, ranging from mid-rise residential towers to low-density plotted communities.
Developer Context
BPTP has delivered more than 50 projects, handed over 25,000 homes and crafted over 50 million square feet of built space, spanning six integrated townships, group-housing apartments, plotted colonies, independent floors, villas, and IT parks. The group assembles large contiguous land parcels and builds complete communities—residences, open spaces, retail, and commercial uses—within a single master plan, visible in Parklands, one of the largest integrated townships in Faridabad.
RERA Registration
The project carries RERA registration number HRERA-PKL-FBD-939-2026, issued by the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
Design and Sustainability Focus
The Ikigai-inspired approach prioritises elements aligned with wellness-focused residential design. Every aspect of the development has been designed to encourage a balanced lifestyle while delivering long-term value for residents. The use of drought-tolerant planting reflects water conservation principles relevant to the Haryana region's climate and environmental constraints.
