BPTP launches The Boulevard at Green Oaks in Sector 70A
BPTP announced The Boulevard at Green Oaks on 15 October 2026, introducing a high-street retail destination in Sector 70A, Gurugram. The project comprises 52 commercial units, with sizes ranging from 612 to 1,217 sq. ft. It sits alongside the approximately 100-acre Astaire Gardens ecosystem, where BPTP identifies several residential communities.
The launch is planned around neighbourhood retail and services, including cafés and restaurants, grocery stores, beauty and wellness businesses, pharmacies and other everyday services. BPTP President Amaan Chawla said the development is intended to bring convenience together with retail and lifestyle experiences for residents, businesses and visitors.
The details
The Boulevard is arranged as ground-plus-two-floor retail blocks. Its two registered components are BPTP Green Oaks Boulevard and BPTP Green Oaks Boulevard-II, with 29 and 23 commercial units respectively. The first component covers 0.328 acres and the second 0.247 acres; both form part of a stated 15.5625-acre land parcel.
Plans include landscaped walkways, open retail areas, a modern façade, surface parking and high-capacity premium lifts. BPTP says the development has frontage on a 24-metre-wide road and is registered with the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The project page lists the price as “On Request.”

The Haryana RERA certificates name BPTP Limited as developer/collaborator and identify Impartial Builders Pvt. Ltd. and other parties as promoters and license-holders.

The project is positioned beside the Astaire Gardens residential ecosystem, which BPTP describes as approximately 100 acres. The company names Visionnaire, Fortuna, Green Oaks and Pedestal among the nearby residential communities. BPTP presents these neighbourhoods as the potential catchment for daily retail, food and beverage, wellness and pharmacy services.
For wider access, the developer points to connections to Sectors 68–72, Southern Peripheral Road and Golf Course Extension Road. The site’s 24-metre-wide road frontage is another element of its planned street-level retail setting.
