BPTP Appoints Vineet Nanda as Chief Business Officer and Executive Director

BPTP Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Vineet Nanda as Chief Business Officer, a structural move aimed at reinforcing the developer's operations across the Delhi-NCR region. In his role as Chief Business Officer and Executive Director, Mr. Nanda will be responsible for overseeing BPTP's business operations, including sales, marketing, product strategy, and customer experience.

Track Record in Real Estate Leadership

Mr. Nanda brings over four decades of professional experience, including more than 25 years in senior leadership roles within the Indian real estate sector. His experience spans sales, marketing, and business management across residential and commercial developments. He held senior leadership positions including President – Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience at Central Park, President – Sales & Marketing at M3M India Private Limited, and Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Omaxe Limited, where he led large-scale sales organizations, township launches, and brand repositioning initiatives across North and West India. In the earlier phase of his career, Vineet built strong commercial and distribution expertise through leadership roles in the automotive and consumer sectors, including Usha International.

Prior to joining BPTP, he served as Director – Sales and Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where he was part of the senior management team. At Krisumi Corporation, he played a defining role in transforming the company into one of Gurugram's top-selling residential brands.

BPTP has a development legacy spanning over two decades, with more than 50 million sq. ft. delivered across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including over 25,000 units. The company has a presence across key micro-markets in Gurugram, Faridabad, and Noida, and has developed multiple integrated townships in the Delhi-NCR region.
